With 17 years in the Iredell-Statesville Schools district, Nichole Tilley has spent the last 7 years as the Principal of Lake Norman Elementary. Formerly a music teacher, she also serves as a church pianist, now in her 13th year. Married and a mom to two girls, Nichole Tilley balances family life with weekends at the ballfield or gymnastic meets.
